Why we exist
Dubai’s property market is one of the most exciting on the planet — and one of the most opaque. Agents earn the same commission whether they recommend the right unit on the right floor, or the worst tower in the neighbourhood. Brochures are marketing fiction. Payment plans look identical until you read the post-handover clauses. Buyers are expected to figure it out alone, then sign documents they barely understand.
We started Disruptive because we got tired of explaining to friends why their agent picked a bad unit. Tired of seeing investors lose money on properties they were never going to be able to resell. Tired of an industry where “trust” is a marketing slogan and not a daily practice.
We’re an independent RERA-licensed brokerage. Not a chain, not a franchise, not a side-hustle. Every client works directly with a senior partner — the same person from first viewing to title deed. And every recommendation we make has a real reason behind it, grounded in DLD transaction data, not developer spin.

DLD-verified, not brochure-verified
Every project on our platform is cross-checked against live Dubai Land Department data — escrow status, percent-complete, registered units. If a developer’s brochure says one thing and DLD says another, we tell you. Most brokers don’t even look.
One partner, not five hand-offs
You call us, you get a senior partner. The same person walks you through the first viewing, the negotiation, the SPA, the DLD registration and the handover walk-through. No junior agents reading scripts, no “account managers”, no warm-body hand-offs.
“No” is a real answer
We turn down listings we don’t believe in. We’ll tell you which projects to skip — even if we’re the listed agent. The deals we don’t close are as important as the ones we do, because long-term reputation pays better than any single commission.

Anthony arrived in Dubai in 2014 to build a real estate career the hard way — knocking doors, walking sites, learning every master plan from Business Bay to Dubai South. A decade later, he’s closed more than USD 2.5 billion in transactions and is the most awarded broker in the city, with recognitions from EMAAR, DAMAC, Sobha, Aldar and almost every major developer Dubai has produced.
