Architecture & Design Concept

Atélis at d3 is a single tower of 3 basement levels, ground floor and 42 residential storeys plus a rooftop level, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the architecture firm behind Burj Khalifa. The facade takes its cue from a desert flower, with curving balconies layered like petals to create a fluid, organic silhouette along the Creekside shoreline.

Atelis at d3 apartments for sale totals 280 units according to Dubai Land Department records, spanning 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, 4-bedroom Sky Villas and 5-bedroom penthouses. Interiors carry the same petal-inspired language into living spaces, with sweeping curves, a warm natural palette and slender bronze detailing throughout kitchens and bathrooms.

Sky Villas & Penthouse Living

The four-bedroom Sky Villas introduce double-height interiors, sculptural staircases and expansive private terraces overlooking both the skyline and waterfront. Layouts include open-plan kitchens and walk-in closets finished to a residential standard distinct from the standard apartment collection.

Above them, five-bedroom penthouses occupy the building's uppermost levels with double-height living and dining rooms, statement staircases and private terraces designed for entertaining.
