Nakheel's stated design direction for Bay Villas is 'Barefoot Luxury' — a warm island aesthetic using high-quality natural and technical finishes selected for longevity. Kitchens are fitted with built-in appliances; ironmongery, brassware and ceramics are sourced from international brands. Lighting throughout is warm white LED. A dedicated pet and utility room with wash sink and storage is included in each unit, catering to active family households. Buyers can select from neutral or accent colour finish palettes across all schemes.
