DAMAC Riverside Views - Capri 2 is a G+2P+8 residential development comprising 576 units spread across five buildings (A to E), part of the wider DAMAC Riverside waterfront community in Dubai Investment Park. The project has not yet broken ground, with construction scheduled to run from August 2025 through to completion by end of Q1 2029.

DAMAC Riverside Capri 2 apartments cluster sits along the development's Water Vein, a series of landscaped canals and lakes that thread through the community and anchor most of its social and dining amenities. Buildings are designed with a concrete structure and block construction, finished internally and externally to a residential standard consistent with the wider DAMAC Riverside masterplan.

The amenity offering is organized around two linear zones: the Green Vein and Water Vein. The Water Vein includes the Portofino Restaurant, Island Restaurant, floating fitness spaces, an Opal Chess Haven set on the water, a Floating Opera stage, and a Clubhouse with retail, co-working space, gym, outdoor cinema, arcade, and bowling.

The Green Vein runs through hydroponic farms supplying fresh produce for outdoor culinary classes and BBQ live cooking stations, calisthenics stations with an organic bar, a wall-climbing feature ending in water, a Zen Spa, essential oil lakes, a floating cinema, peace rooms, an amphitheatre, an adults' games zone, and a kids' adventure land.

Developer Track Record

The project is developed by DAMAC Properties, one of Dubai's most prolific master-developers with a portfolio spanning DAMAC Hills, DAMAC Lagoons, and multiple branded residence towers across the emirate. DAMAC Riverside Views extends the group's waterfront-community formula, applying the same thematic amenity structuring used across its other large-scale masterplans.

Escrow for buyer payments is held with Mashreq Bank, in line with Dubai's standard off-plan investor protection framework administered by the Dubai Land Department.
