DAMAC Riverside Views is an apartment extension of the DAMAC Riverside townhouse community, positioned on either side of a man-made river and inspired by riverside cities including London, New York, Paris, Amsterdam and Rome. The project comprises five buildings, each configured as ground plus 3 podium plus 14 residential floors, totalling 824 units across the development.

The Capri 1 cluster sits within a wider master plan of eight named clusters (Indigo, Royal, Azure, Marine, Capri), each themed around a shade of blue drawn from a coastal colour palette. Building facades use modern lines intended to echo the movement of water, with concrete and block construction and combined internal and external finishes as stated in the DLD project filing.

Amenities & Wellness Facilities

The community is built around an extensive amenity program themed to river and coastal living. Malibu Cove provides a swimming and sunbathing area, while the Portofino Restaurant is accessible only by boat. Additional food and social venues include an island restaurant, a floating cinema and a floating opera stage for live performances.

Fitness and wellness facilities include a wall-climbing feature, aquatic fitness spaces, callisthenics stations and therapeutic lakes infused with essential oils. A dedicated spa and peace room support relaxation, while a clubhouse, games zone, amphitheatre and Kidz Adventure Land are aimed at family and social use.
