Elie Saab ll is a collection of 131 standalone villas within Arabian Ranches 3, built to a ground-plus-two configuration. Interiors and exterior facades were designed in collaboration with couturier Elie Saab, whose ateliers are based in Beirut and Paris and whose work is otherwise known through his Haute Couture label launched in 1982.

The collection spans five villa types: three four-bedroom layouts (Types A, B and C) and two five-bedroom layouts (Types A and B). Each type uses a distinct composition of horizontal and vertical facade elements, built around a minimalistic material palette of clean lines and linear surfaces rather than ornamentation.

Villa Layout & Roof Terraces

Ground floors are arranged for open-plan living, dining and entertaining, and include a maid's room plus an additional ground-floor bedroom that can double as guest accommodation. Upper floors hold the remaining bedrooms, each with dedicated storage and bathrooms finished in contemporary sanitaryware.

A defining feature across all five villa types is the roof terrace, sized to take in views over the community park and Central Park. These terraces include air-conditioned roof lounges, allowing outdoor space to be used through summer months as well as cooler seasons.

Community Amenities
