Construction is scheduled to run from April 2025 to June 2027, placing the off-plan project in Dubai firmly in the pre-completion phase of Dubai's off-plan pipeline. The developer has not yet reported any construction progress, with percent completed currently at zero, meaning the project is at the earliest stage of its build cycle.
