Farm-Style Community Concept

Farm Gardens is a gated villa community within The Valley, built around a farm-to-table concept rather than a conventional landscaped estate. Residents can cultivate their own vegetables in community garden plots supported by full-time onsite farmers, with hydroponics greenhouses and dedicated farming allotments built into the master plan.

The community comprises 146 four and five-bedroom villas set on plots ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 square feet, large enough to accommodate a private pool, an agricultural pod, or other leisure additions in the backyard. The layout mixes desert landscaping, palm groves and a ghaf forest with practical family infrastructure, including a petting zoo and animal farm.

Villa Architecture & Layouts

Two villa typologies are offered: Horizon and Earth. Horizon villas use smooth horizontal lines that echo the surrounding desert topography, while Earth villas are designed around indoor-outdoor living with a closer physical connection to the external landscape. Both typologies come in four and five-bedroom configurations with two distinct exterior design schemes.

Interiors carry a country-contemporary finish intended to complement the farming theme of the community in Dubai , with each layout built to maximise usable backyard space for agricultural or recreational use.

Amenities & Recreation

On-site amenities include a Wellness Centre with a gym, adult and kids' pool decks, male and female spa facilities, plunge pools, a padel court and a restaurant overlooking the community's Centre Park. Outdoor features cover a stargazing platform, desert majlis and bonfire areas, an events plaza, a xeriscape botanical garden, yoga and outdoor fitness stations, and volleyball and padel courts.
