Pininfarina Architecture, known internationally for automotive and product design, has shaped the tower's exterior form around ocean-inspired lines rather than a conventional glass box. Interiors carry the same maritime language through into the living spaces, with panoramic living rooms, sanctuary-style master bedrooms and spa-inspired bathrooms.

Penthouse units add private outdoor pools, walk-in closets and dedicated dining and living zones sized for full-floor or near-full-floor layouts. The lift lobbies and arrival lounge are treated as extensions of the residence rather than transitional space, consistent with the building's resort-style positioning.
