Ivory comprises 57 townhouses across three prototype configurations: one 5-bedroom villa (V23-T), 12 mid-size units (TH20G-E), and 44 standard townhouses (TH14G-M). The G+1 and G+2 concrete-and-block structures feature elegant facades, floor-to-ceiling windows, and quality internal and external finishes throughout. Large window openings bring natural light into every level, while private gardens connect indoor living areas to outdoor space.

The ground floor centres on an open-plan kitchen with custom cabinetry and a flowing living room with high ceilings. The first floor accommodates bedrooms, including a master suite with an ensuite rain shower and custom wardrobes. The top floor of each townhouse adds a flexible family room and a large open terrace suited to outdoor entertaining.

Unit Types & Configuration

The project delivers 3 and 5-bedroom townhouses designed for family occupancy. Each home is laid across multiple floors with a clear functional separation: communal and kitchen space on the ground floor, private bedrooms above, and a multi-use terrace level at the top. Concrete structure with block walls ensures acoustic and thermal performance consistent with DAMAC Hills construction standards.

Construction is registered with Dubai Land Department under project number 3706, with a scheduled start date of September 2025 and a completion target of June 2028, positioning Ivory among the off-plan townhouses in Dubai currently available to buyers. The escrow account is held with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.
