Tower Design & Residences

LIV LUX rises 47 storeys on Plot 177 in Dubai Marina, comprising 419 units across a single tower. Apartments start from 1 and 2-bedroom layouts on the lower residential floors (levels 8 to 31), moving into 2, 3 and 4-bedroom Signature Residences on levels 32 to 41, which feature upgraded joinery, elevated ceilings and higher-end kitchen appliances.

LIV LUX sits between the Arabian Gulf shoreline and Dubai Marina's waterside promenade, within 5 minutes of The Beach at JBR, Dubai Marina Mall, and five-star hotels including the Ritz-Carlton, InterContinental and Grosvenor House. Emirates Golf Club, TopGolf Dubai and the Montgomerie Golf Club are also reachable within the same radius.
