Tower Design & Architecture

LIV Residence is a G+27 residential and commercial tower on the promenade in Dubai Marina, designed by NAGA with full-height glazing throughout to maximize marina and sea views. The building comprises 190 units across a single tower and was completed in April 2020 after a construction start in September 2016.

Unit types range from studios to 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom layouts, including 3 and 4-bedroom penthouses on the top floors. Interiors were designed by MWM Studio, drawing on a hospitality background to shape the lobby, kitchens and bathrooms, which feature natural timber, quartz island counters, textured porcelain tiles and natural stone finishes.
