ME DO RE Business is a single commercial tower comprising 4 basement levels, 1 underground level, ground floor, 39 floors, a mechanical floor, roof and upper roof, delivered as core and shell for fit-out by owners. The building is arranged around a five-floor atrium and finished with an external curtain wall glazing system over a concrete structure.

The project totals 293 units across the tower, positioned on Plot No. H1 3930899. Construction has reached the eleventh floor at the time of writing, with internal partition blocks in place alongside the exterior facade system.

Amenities & Technology

The ME DO RE Business Club gives owners access to an infinity pool, gym, billiards room, steam and sauna rooms, and a golf simulator, positioned as a networking and downtime space rather than a standard office amenity package. Membership is limited to one nominated person per unit, with additional users subject to management approval and a fee.

The tower runs on touchless systems throughout, including automated doors and a smart destination control system for elevators that allocates passengers to specific cars to reduce crowding and stops. Access is managed via facial recognition or mobile-based QR codes issued to guests, and selected premium offices include EV charging bays. Common areas carry free Wi-Fi, a background music system, and smart thermostats controllable remotely for individual office units.
