Nest Residences Architecture & Design

The Nest is a collection of 55 four-bedroom villas within the Al Barari community, designed as a continuation of Al Barari's established development standard. Contemporary architecture draws on international influences, with floor-to-ceiling glass facades, high ceilings, and a material palette of stone and glass that responds directly to the surrounding natural landscape. Formal sitting and dining areas, a contemporary kitchen, and individual maid's and driver's quarters are included in each villa.

Each villa is categorised into one of two layout types, offering subtle differences in configuration while sharing the same core specification. Private outdoor spaces include an infinity-edge swimming pool, outdoor shower, barbeque area, landscaped garden, and a two-car garage. The design prioritises natural light and open sightlines toward Al Barari's gardens.
