Tactile material palettes — tonal surfaces, textured finishes, and deliberate moments of visual contrast — are consistent across unit types, from the entry-level residences to the Beach Mansions. The architectural language deliberately blurs the boundary between interior and exterior, with framed sea views integrated into the spatial logic of each floor plan.
Residence Collections & Unit Mix
