Villa Design & Layout

Raiha comprises 366 semi-detached villas built around a four-bedroom layout spread across two floors. Each home includes en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, generous wardrobe storage, and large windows that bring natural light into every bedroom. A maid's room sits on the ground floor next to the kitchen, with separate main and service entrances.

The living and dining area is designed as a double-height space that opens directly onto a private garden and outdoor lounge, creating continuous indoor-outdoor flow. A two-car garage is positioned on the street side of each villa, and the layout is intended to support daily family living without compromising on privacy between the main and service circulation paths.

Landscape & Streetscape

The villa streets are lined with flowering trees selected for their fragrance and seasonal color, softening the carriageway that runs through the cluster. Landscaping draws on tropical planting mixed with native vegetation, extending the biophilic character of the villas into the shared outdoor spaces between homes.
