Twin Tower Design

Sunrise Bay is a twin tower development of 26 storeys each, positioned along the waterfront within Emaar Beachfront, a collection of 27 residential towers built on a man-made peninsula between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. The project comprises 457 residential apartments and 4 retail units across its two towers and connecting podium, totalling 461 units within 3 buildings on record.

The two towers are linked by a shared podium deck that houses sports facilities and private parking, giving residents of both blocks access to a common set of amenities at ground level. Apartment layouts range from 670 sq. ft. for 1-bedroom homes to 2,150 sq. ft. for 4-bedroom residences, with unit orientation planned to maximise views of the marina and open water.

Interior Design & Finishes

Interiors draw on a material palette of creams, greys and white tones, with finishes intended to read as understated rather than ornamental. Master bedrooms are designed around a simple, textured aesthetic, while family bathrooms use minimal forms and sleek surfaces finished in a mix of bright and neutral colours.

Facades reference yachting and loft-style architecture, with panoramic balconies extending the visual depth of each unit. The exterior material composition is described by the developer as evoking the fibreglass hulls of superyachts, tying the building's appearance to its waterfront setting.

Developer Track Record

Sunrise Bay is developed by Emaar Properties, the group behind Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall and master communities including Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Arabian Ranches and Dubai Hills Estate. Emaar Beachfront represents the developer's beachfront living concept, encompassing roughly 10,000 residential units and 1.5 km of private beach across the full masterplan.

Construction on Sunrise Bay ran from June 2018 to completion in October 2021, and the project is now handed over and fully finished, with the escrow account held at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.

The podium deck connecting the two towers includes an infinity pool positioned to overlook the Dubai Marina skyline, along with sports facilities and dedicated parking.
