Architecture & Design Philosophy

Terra Golf Collection is a gated development of 84 villas and townhouses set directly on an existing championship golf field within Jumeirah Golf Estates. The collection is split into three typologies: 10 standalone villas, 50 twin villas, and 24 townhouses, each oriented to face the fairways. The design language favors modernist minimalism, with clean geometric lines, rectangular massing, and a material palette of glass, steel, and natural render finishes chosen for durability and a understated aesthetic.

Large windows and sliding glass doors are used throughout to dissolve the boundary between indoor and outdoor space, with private terraces and balconies functioning as extensions of the living areas. This approach is consistent across all three unit types, giving the development a unified architectural identity despite the range of footprints on offer.

Villa & Townhouse Typologies

The 10 standalone villas are the largest homes in the collection at 8,000 sq ft each, and include a private basement level with provision for a cinema room, bar, and personal gym alongside a family lounge, sky lounge, terrace, and private backyard.

The 50 twin villas range from 6,400 to 8,000 sq ft and face the golf course directly, offering the same sky lounge, family lounge, and backyard arrangement as the standalone units but in a semi-detached format.

The 24 townhouses are compact by comparison at 4,700 sq ft, built to a ground-plus-two configuration with open living layouts, large windows for natural light, and a backyard with direct access to the surrounding greenery.

Amenities & Specifications

Each home is fitted with a Variable Refrigerant Flow air conditioning system, solar-heated hot water, home automation, and a modern home elevator in the standalone villas. Kitchens are modular with integrated appliances, and finishes are specified to a high standard throughout, with floor-to-ceiling glazing connecting interiors to the golf-course setting.

Residents also have access to the Jumeirah Golf Estates Wellness Club, which includes a gymnasium, swimming pool, kids pool, and tennis courts, supplementing the private amenities built into each home.

Terra Golf Collection is developed by Taraf, the real estate arm of Taraf Holding, a UAE-headquartered, 100% Emirati-owned investment group established in 2005 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi.
