Trump Brand in Dubai

Trump Tower marks the first Trump International Hotel & Tower in the Middle East, developed by Dar Global under license from the Trump Organization. The Trump Organization was founded in 1971 in New York and has since built hotels and towers across the United States, Scotland and Ireland, including Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue and Trump Turnberry.

The Dubai 0ff-plan project is a single tower of G+79 storeys comprising 574 units, positioned on Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance to Downtown Dubai. The building combines a hotel component, branded residences and a members-only club under one address, with construction scheduled to run from January 2026 to December 2031.

Residence Layouts & Penthouses

Trump Residences, Dubai offers 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses, with private elevators in select units and bespoke interior finishes throughout. Layouts are oriented toward either the Downtown Dubai skyline, including views of Burj Khalifa, or the coastline.

Two duplex penthouses at the top of the tower are modeled on the Trump Penthouse on New York's Fifth Avenue and are described as the only residences of their kind in the building, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows facing both the sea and Downtown Dubai.

The Trump Members-Only Club

The Trump, Members-Only Club is a private social club within the tower, accessible via annual membership with priority access for residents. Facilities include a cigar lounge, spa and wellness centre, private dining area, meeting room, golf simulator suite, signature bar, yoga studio and a pool deck with cafe.

The club is positioned as a business and wellness venue distinct from the hotel and residential amenity offering, giving owners a separate social and networking space within the same building.

Amenities & Rooftop Pool

Trump Residences, Dubai includes its own amenity set separate from the members' club: a gym, kids play area, owners lounge and a rooftop pool described in the brochure as the world's highest outdoor pool. A multipurpose hall supports resident events and gatherings.

Vehicle parking is handled through a dedicated multistorey parking building on a separate plot behind the tower, keeping the main structure focused on hotel, residential and amenity space.

Sheikh Zayed Road Location

The tower sits directly on Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance to Downtown Dubai, placing it within a 2-minute drive of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall according to the brochure's distance chart. DIFC is listed at 8 minutes, Museum of the Future at 10 minutes, and Dubai International Airport at 20 minutes.

This corridor position gives the building direct exposure to Dubai's primary business and retail spine while remaining connected to the wider off-plan market along Sheikh Zayed Road.
