Trussardi Residences 2 is the second phase of a collaboration between Mira Developments, the Trussardi fashion house and Luxury Living Group, following what the developer describes as strong demand for the first phase in Discovery Gardens. The project translates the Milan-based brand's design language, drawn from its fashion, perfume, furniture and home-linen portfolio, into a residential setting through the Trussardi Casa Collection used across interiors.

The development comprises two 10-storey towers configured as G+2P+10+Roof, with 390 apartments across studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom layouts. Every unit is delivered fully furnished with Italian furniture and a complete set of household appliances, positioning the project as move-in ready rather than a shell-and-core handover.

The amenity package centres on a 100-metre residential swimming pool with cabanas and a separate children's pool, alongside a 350-metre outdoor jogging track, paddle tennis courts and a yoga zone. Pricing starts from AED 805,860 for studios, from AED 1,700,000 for 1-bedroom units and from AED 3,263,350 for 2-bedroom apartments. The payment plan is structured as 40% during construction across six instalments through July 2026, followed by 4% on handover and 36% post-handover, spreading the balance of the purchase price beyond project completion.

With construction underway between June 2025 and a targeted handover of July 2027, the project sits within an established community with existing metro access, giving it a defined delivery timeline relative to newer, undeveloped off-plan launches nearby.
