Verdana 3 Project Overview

Verdana 3 is a low-rise residential development by Reportage Properties in Dubai Investment Park, built on a 22,493 sqm plot. The project comprises 131 townhouses and 278 apartments, totalling 409 units, and follows the first two phases of the Verdana community.

The apartment collection spans studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom layouts, with 80 studios, 80 one-bedroom units and 118 two-bedroom units. The townhouse collection is split across 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom configurations, with 40, 19, 69 and 3 units respectively.

Interiors combine fitted kitchen cabinets and countertops, fully tiled bathrooms, vanity units, built-in wardrobes and centralised air conditioning across both typologies. Select townhouses add a maid and laundry room, a double-height living room, a sky roof and an internal elevator, while some bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom.

Private balconies or terraces are included as per each unit plan, and townhouses are served by three large elevators within the community's shared circulation areas where applicable.

Developer Track Record

Reportage Properties is one of the largest private developers in the UAE, with an active pipeline across the UAE, Egypt, Turkey and Morocco. Verdana 3 follows two earlier phases of the Verdana community, positioning this release as a continuation of an established masterplan rather than a standalone launch.
