Wynwood Horizon is a G plus 4 podium plus 20-storey residential tower in Meydan, Dubai. The building's architecture is designed to reflect ambient light, particularly at dusk, with a facade that responds to the lagoon-side setting. Interior spaces flow from a stone-clad lobby open to the sky, with curated artefacts, textures, and greenery establishing the tone for the residences above. The multi-level podium integrates pools, children's play areas, and communal seating zones into a cohesive, community-focused environment.

Each residence is delivered fully finished and move-in ready, with state-of-the-art appliances, custom kitchens, smart home controls, and designer fittings as standard. Modern ceilings, ambient lighting, and premium materials are built into the specification rather than offered as upgrades. Homes include dedicated living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom, and twin bedroom layouts, with built-in office provision available in select units.

Lagoon Setting and Views
