Elemental Developments is a Dubai-based real estate developer focused on nature-led, wellness-oriented residential projects. The company was launched in 2025 by Hazza Zaal, the founder and CEO of Elemental Developments and the CEO behind Al Barari.

However, investors should be careful not to confuse the developer's leadership experience with an established Elemental delivery record. Elemental itself is still building its track record.

For an off-plan purchase, buyers should review the project's DLD registration, escrow arrangements, construction progress, payment schedule, service charges, contractor information, expected handover date and comparable sales in Jumeirah Garden City.

The project's pricing should also be compared with other boutique developments in Al Satwa and nearby central Dubai locations.

What we'd watch

The biggest factor to watch is Elemental's first delivery.

Elemental 22 is the company's debut project, meaning its construction quality, handover performance and post-handover management will be important in establishing the brand's reputation. Current records show the project as under construction and targeted for Q2 2028.

The other issue is whether Elemental can successfully scale its "craft over scale" philosophy. The developer explicitly says it does not want to compete through volume, which could help preserve its boutique positioning but may also mean a smaller project pipeline.

For now, the most accurate description is an emerging Dubai developer focused on nature, wellness and boutique residential design, led by an experienced figure in Dubai's nature-integrated real estate sector.
