That makes Galaxy Realty an interesting developer to watch, but buyers should not automatically transfer the company's Indian delivery record into a Dubai delivery record.

The main factor to monitor is Galaxy Realty's transition from an established Indian developer to a new Dubai developer.

The company has a meaningful construction history through Galaxy Builders, but Jardin Astral is the key project through which it will establish its local residential delivery credentials.

Successful completion and handover of Jardin Astral would give Galaxy Realty its first major Dubai residential reference point. Future projects will then show whether the company intends to remain a boutique developer or build a larger UAE portfolio.

For now, the most accurate description is an emerging Dubai developer with more than 30 years of construction and residential-development experience behind its wider group, rather than an established Dubai developer with a large local completed-project portfolio.
