Architecture and Interior Finishes

Units feature floor-to-ceiling Low-E facade glazing, open layouts, and high ceilings designed to maximize natural light. Balconies use glass railings and metal balustrades, and select garden apartments extend into larger private terraces.

Interiors are finished with Italian vitrified tiles, wooden joinery for kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, and European sanitaryware from Gessi, Geberit, and Flaminia. Kitchens come fitted with built-in appliances from Siemens and Smeg, and lighting throughout uses low-energy LED fixtures from European manufacturers.
