Bianca is a gated townhouse development in Dubailand comprising 653 units across 2, 3 and 4-bedroom layouts. The scheme sits on a 112,034.61 sq.m. plot and is built with a concrete structure and block construction, finished internally and externally to a consistent design language of white exteriors and double-glazed glass balconies.

The 4-bedroom townhouses feature private internal elevators, a specification Reportage previously introduced at its Verdana project and now extends to Bianca. Interiors include fitted kitchen cabinets and countertops, tiled bathrooms and en-suites, built-in wardrobes, central air conditioning and double-glazed windows throughout.

Amenities & Community Facilities

The community is organized around resort-style shared facilities rather than a single tower podium. Residents have access to large swimming pools and a dedicated kids' pool, a gymnasium plus an outdoor gym, a jogging track, tennis courts and a multi-sports court.

Additional recreational features include croquet and bocce areas, a zen garden and yoga garden, BBQ zones, pet areas, kids' playgrounds and a giant chess area. A nursery, mosque and retail units are planned within the community, alongside landscaped and shaded seating areas and round-the-clock security.

Developer Track Record

Bianca is developed by Reportage Properties, one of the larger private developers operating in the UAE with additional projects in Egypt, Turkey and Morocco. The company positions itself around affordable, elegantly finished housing rather than high-end luxury towers.

This is Reportage's second project within Dubailand, following on from its established presence in the district. The developer has also delivered the Verdana townhouse community, which introduced the internal-elevator specification now repeated in Bianca's 4-bedroom units.

Construction on Bianca was underway with the project roughly 30% complete as of the latest DLD progress record, against a stated completion date of December 2026. Bianca sits within Dubailand, a roughly 3 billion sq ft district positioned along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road, both of which provide direct access to the wider Dubai road network. Reported drive times from the immediate area include IMG Worlds of Adventure in around 5 minutes, Global Village and Zayed University in around 11 minutes, Dubai Hills Mall in about 17 minutes, and Mall of the Emirates in roughly 23 minutes.
