The building sits on a plot of 5,925.85 sq.m (63,785 sq.ft) in Dubai Science Park, one of the developer's newer entries into this fast-growing district.

The facade combines fluted travertine, satin chrome and champagne metal accents with expansive glazing, a design language consistent with Binghatti's broader portfolio. Interior material palettes across lobbies, bathrooms and apartments include Calacatta Greek marble, Corian, wood veneer and porcelain tiles.
