Capria West forms part of Ghaf Woods, a residential development positioned within a forested master community rather than a conventional landscaped estate. The off-plan project for sale in Dubai comprises 12 residential buildings plus 3 amenities blocks over a shared basement, totalling 714 units, according to the DLD project record. Building names on the DLD register include Capria 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10, alongside Maravelle Residences 1 and 2.

The brochure describes the concept as living 'within the canopy', with the developer stating there will be more trees than residents across the community in Dubai. Developer Background

Capria West is developed by Majid Al Futtaim Properties, whose residential arm was founded in 1992 by Mr. Majid Al Futtaim.
