The building uses a concrete structure with block construction and a finish package that pairs external cladding with light-filled interiors. Ceiling heights run to roughly 3.1 metres in living rooms and bedrooms, and 2.4 metres in kitchens and bathrooms, a specification aimed at maximising natural light across the balconies and glazing.

Interiors follow a minimalist palette, with signature kitchen designs varying by unit type and bathrooms finished with powder-room detailing. The design brief favours unobstructed sightlines from balconies toward the golf course and skyline rather than heavy ornamentation.

The building includes a hotel-style lobby and lounge with a mezzanine level featuring a feature staircase, coffee station, work space and wall library. A leisure, lounge and lap pool comes with a pool spa, sunken seating, baja shelf and a separate kids' pool.

Fitness provision covers an indoor and outdoor gym, indoor and outdoor yoga areas, and change rooms with steam and sauna. A clubhouse with a games zone, dining and kitchen area sits alongside a dedicated kids' clubhouse and outdoor play area, while the activity garden adds mini-putt and BBQ spaces. Additional facilities include bicycle parking with a maintenance area, a dog wash area, golf lockers and a golf wash area, plus EV charging stations.
