Golf Meadow is a ground-plus-podium-plus-15-storey residential building within Emaar South, a master community built around a championship 18-hole golf course in Dubai World Central. The facade uses an earthy-toned palette and natural material references that carry through from the exterior to the interiors, creating a consistent visual language rather than a contrast between inside and out.

Floor-to-ceiling windows are a defining feature across all units, oriented to capture views of the Emaar South Golf Course fairways and surrounding green landscapes. Shadowed alcoves in the design provide quieter, more private zones within the living spaces, balancing the openness of the glazing with pockets of shelter and calm.

The building offers 224 units in total, comprising 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments alongside exclusive 3-bedroom townhouses. The interiors combine rich wood finishes with stone accents and soft, muted colour schemes. Natural materials are used deliberately to draw a visual connection to the greenery visible through the windows, reinforcing the golf-course setting rather than treating it as a backdrop.

The earthy tones and warm textures are consistent across all unit types, ensuring that the design approach scales from the most compact apartments to the larger townhouse formats. Expansive interiors and considered detailing characterise the fitout standard across the range.
