Waterfront Apartment Concept

Indigo 1 is one of three residential buildings, labelled A, B and C, that make up the Indigo cluster within DAMAC Riverside Views. The development is built as a G+3P+14 structure, meaning ground floor, three podium levels and 14 residential floors, with a concrete and block structure and internal and external finishes specified in the DLD project record. Across the three Indigo buildings, the cluster contributes to a total of 493 units within this phase.

The apartments sit on one side of an artificial river that runs through the wider DAMAC Riverside masterplan, a waterfront concept that pairs the earlier townhouse phases with new apartment towers. The brochure positions Indigo as one of eight named clusters, alongside Azure, Marine, Royal and Capri, each themed around a different shade of blue.

Amenities & Recreation

The community-level amenity offer includes Malibu Cove for swimming and sunbathing, a floating deck used for performances and gatherings, an island restaurant, and a floating cinema. Fitness facilities include a climbing wall over water, aquatic fitness spaces and outdoor callisthenics stations, plus therapeutic lakes infused with essential oils.

Additional facilities cover a clubhouse and retail space, a hydroponic farm used for outdoor cooking classes and live cooking stations, a spa with a peace room for rest, an amphitheatre, a games zone and Kidz Adventure Land, a dedicated children's play area. The Portofino Restaurant, reachable by boat, is presented as a signature dining venue for residents.

Design & Architecture

The brochure describes the building facades as designed around modern lines intended to echo the movement of water, with interiors combining natural material tones with contemporary finishes. Units are described as featuring expansive windows oriented toward the surrounding waterfront and landscaped views.

As part of a G+3P+14 building, Indigo 1 sits at a mid-rise scale relative to some of Dubai's taller waterfront towers, a configuration that keeps units closer to ground-level amenities such as Malibu Cove and the clubhouse.

DAMAC Riverside Views sits in Dubai Investments Park, with the brochure citing drive times of around 10 minutes to Dubai Investments Park itself, 11 minutes to Sports City, Motor City and DAMAC Hills, and 12 minutes to the Expo 2020 venue. Al Maktoum International Airport is quoted at 15 minutes away.

Longer journeys include roughly 25 minutes to Dubai International Airport and 28 minutes to the Burj area, with Burj Al Arab around 30 minutes' drive. The location gives access to Emirates Road, Al Qudra Road and Expo Road, according to the brochure's route map.
