Riverside Concept & Design

DAMAC Riverside Views draws on the character of historic waterfront cities, referencing the Thames, Hudson, Seine, Amstel and Tiber as design inspiration. The development sits on both sides of an internal river within the wider DAMAC Riverside masterplan in Dubai Investments Park, following the earlier launch of the project's townhouse phase.

Indigo 2 is one of eight clusters that make up the community, alongside Azure, Marine, Royal and Capri. Each building uses a concrete structure with a G+2P+8 configuration, and the Indigo 2 sub-phase comprises three residential buildings labelled A, B and C.

Building facades are designed with modern lines intended to echo the movement of water, while interiors combine warm, earthy material palettes with contemporary finishes and large windows oriented toward the riverside views.

Developer Track Record

The project is developed by DAMAC Properties, one of Dubai's largest listed developers with a portfolio spanning residential towers, branded residences and golf communities across the emirate.

Riverside Views extends the DAMAC Riverside masterplan, which launched with townhouses before introducing apartment clusters such as Indigo 2 on either side of the water feature. The escrow account for the project is held with Mashreq Bank, as required under Dubai's off-plan sales regulations.

Amenities & Community Facilities

The community is built around shared amenities rather than tower-specific facilities, including Malibu Cove for swimming and sunbathing, a floating opera and floating cinema, an island restaurant, and the boat-accessible Portofino Restaurant.

Wellness features include an essential-oils lake, a spa with a dedicated peace room, a climbing wall, aquatic fitness areas and outdoor callisthenics stations. Family-oriented spaces cover Kidz Adventure Land, a games zone, an amphitheatre and a clubhouse with retail.

Investment Case

DAMAC markets Riverside Views as Dubai's first riverside community, positioning it within Dubai Investments Park as part of the emirate's next-generation residential corridor. The brochure notes that investors can acquire single units or entire buildings within the development.

With construction not yet started as of the project's 2025 start date and a 2029 handover, buyers enter at an early stage of the 388-unit Indigo 2 phase, ahead of completion of the surrounding cluster network.

Dubai Investments Park sits close to key arterial roads including Emirates Road, Al Qudra Road, Al Yalayis Road and Expo Road, giving the community direct routes toward central Dubai and the southern growth corridor.

The brochure cites approximately 10 minutes to Dubai Investments Park itself, 12 minutes to the Expo 2020 venue, 11 minutes to Sports City, Motor City and DAMAC Hills, 15 minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport, 25 minutes to Dubai International Airport and 28 minutes to the Burj Al Arab / Burj area.

Surrounding Neighbourhood

The site is described as quietly central within Dubai's developing southwestern belt, near Expo City and the Al Maktoum International Airport catchment that is driving new residential demand in this part of the emirate.
