Tower A rises 4 basement levels plus ground and 59 upper floors with a rooftop, holding 394 units, while Tower B rises 4 basement levels plus ground and 56 upper floors with a rooftop, holding 360 units, for a combined 754 apartments.
The design, by architectural studio SCDA, gives both towers a cantilevered structure that appears to float on near-invisible stilts. The absence of internal columns keeps interiors open and unobstructed, and the towers are oriented to frame views toward Downtown Dubai and the sea while preserving privacy between units.
Residence Layouts
The project offers 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments. One-bedroom units are open-plan with a private balcony, and two-bedroom homes add a separate living and dining flow into a fully equipped kitchen.
Three-bedroom residences feature double-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass and a master suite with a walk-in closet. Four-bedroom residences sit at the top of each tower with a private rooftop terrace that includes a social lounge, BBQ counter, plunge pool, landscaped garden and private gym.
