La Tilia is the newest phase within Villanova, a gated development of 440 townhouses comprising G+1 and G+2 layouts across 3 and 4-bedroom configurations. The mix includes 232 units of 3-bedroom G+1, 104 units of 4-bedroom G+1, 34 units of 3-bedroom G+2 and 70 units of 4-bedroom G+2, with 42 of the total units held as frozen stock.

The project is developed by Dubai Properties, which also delivered Business Bay and Jumeirah Beach Residence, along with earlier Villanova phases such as The Villa, Al Waha, Serena, Mudon and Remraam. Construction is underway, with the project currently reported at 64 percent completion and a scheduled end date of August 2028.
