Nima is a townhouse community in dubai within The Valley, Emaar's 200-hectare master development on Dubai-Al Ain Road. The project comprises 476 three and four-bedroom townhouses built with a concrete structure and block construction, finished internally and externally by the developer.

Homes are offered in two distinct architectural styles, Canna and Cedar, giving buyers a choice of facade treatment and layout while keeping the same three and four-bedroom footprint. Floor-to-ceiling windows are used throughout to maximise natural light across living and bedroom areas.

Waterways & Landscape Design
