Nourelle Architecture & Design

Nourelle comprises three interconnected residential buildings unified by a sculptural skybridge, each rising basement plus ground plus 12 floors plus roof. The development totals 236 residential units across the three towers: 66 in Building 1, 81 in Building 2, and 89 in Building 3. Facades are defined by clean lines, bold geometry, and cut-outs softened with greenery, designed to draw natural light into the units and communal spaces.

Inside, the design language carries through to contemporary lobbies, lounges, and shared areas finished with refined materials and detailed millwork. The skybridge connecting the three towers is the project's defining architectural feature, housing sky gardens and an infinity pool overlooking the surrounding skyline.

Nourelle in Dubai Unit Mix & Residences

The unit mix spans 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, alongside two duplexes and a single penthouse. Recorded splits are 80 one-bedroom, 103 two-bedroom, 49 three-bedroom, and one four-bedroom unit. One-bedroom homes use compact, functional layouts, while two-bedroom units are arranged around a central living and dining zone with separated private areas.

Three-bedroom apartments are laid out with open kitchen, dining and living zones and ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom, plus a balcony. The single four-bedroom residence sits at the top of the development, with ensuite bedrooms, walk-in closets, and open-plan living space extending onto a wraparound terrace.

Amenities & Wellness

Nourelle's amenity program is concentrated on the elevated skybridge, which houses an infinity pool, a glass-walled gym with openable walls overlooking the pool and skyline, and a dedicated yoga studio. At ground level, the scheme adds daycare centres, community stores, pocket parks, courtyards, and a landscaped drop-off area framed by water features.

Additional facilities include kids' play areas, sky gardens distributed through the towers, and a residents' lounge. The layering of ground-level greenery with elevated wellness space is intended to give residents both quiet, private corners and shared social spaces within the same development.

Developer Track Record

Nourelle is developed by Meraas, the master developer behind Bluewaters Residences and BVLGARI Residences, among other landmark Dubai addresses. Meraas is known for limited-edition residential projects positioned within its own master-planned communities rather than standalone towers.

The project is registered under escrow with Mashreq Bank, with construction scheduled to run from December 2025 to a handover date of March 2029.

Nourelle sits within Madinat Jumeirah Living, close to Umm Suqeim Street, Jumeira Street, and Al Wasl Road. Sheikh Zayed Road is reachable in about 2 minutes, putting the development on the direct route into Dubai's main business corridor.

Palm Jumeirah is roughly 5 minutes away, The Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates around 10 to 15 minutes, and Bluewaters Island approximately 20 minutes. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes by car.
