The design language draws on Milanese architecture, pairing sleek facades with double-height lobbies finished in marble, and select buildings feature private panoramic elevators.

Units range from studios to 3-bedroom apartments, distributed across high and low-rise sections of the building, with layouts oriented toward either the community park or the internal canal. Interiors are built around a consistent palette of neutral tones, gold-accented fixtures and wood finishes, carried through from studio units to the larger 3-bedroom layouts.

The tower sits within Azizi Milan, a gated, self-sustaining master community built around a mixed-use core that combines residential towers, retail, a business district and green space. The Galleria District anchors the community's retail offer with a dome-covered plaza, fountains and street cafes, alongside a pedestrian-only shopping strip modeled on European high streets.

A dedicated Canal District brings a waterside promenade with restaurants and weekend markets, while the Arts & Cultural Quarter hosts galleries, workshops and live performances. The Business District within the community includes conference facilities and coworking space aimed at freelancers, SMEs and larger corporations.
