DAMAC Heights is an 84-storey residential tower in Dubai Marina, configured as 5 basement levels, ground, 5 podium parking floors, 81 upper floors and a roof level. The building reads as two slim blades rising side by side, a form the developer describes as disappearing into the sky at the top. Construction used a concrete structure with block infill and combined internal and external finishes across the tower's 644 apartments.

The single-building development was delivered by DAMAC Properties, with construction running from May 2011 to April 2018. Typical floor plans vary by level, with unit layouts changing between lower, mid and upper floors of the tower to make use of differing views over the marina and coastline. Its established setting adds appeal among communities in Dubai and for buyers exploring a project for sale in Dubai.

Apartment Specification

Units span one, two, three, four and five-bedroom layouts, finished with double-glazed windows, fitted wardrobes, marble flooring in selected areas, designer wall coverings and leather-clad doors in select spaces.
