Marine 4 is a ground-plus-6-storey residential building within the DAMAC Riverside Views master community in Dubai Investment Park. The structure uses a concrete frame with block construction and full internal and external finishes. The facade is designed to echo the natural flow of water, with modern lines and clean proportions that complement the riverside setting rather than compete with it.

Apartment interiors combine warm, earthy tones with contemporary finishes. Expansive windows are a defining feature throughout, framing views of the surrounding waterfront and green spaces. The palette draws on natural materials to create a calm, livable atmosphere rather than a purely decorative one.
