Architecture & Design Collaboration

One Canal is a single residential tower on the Dubai Water Canal, designed by Shaun Killa of Killa Architects — the studio behind several of Dubai's most recognised contemporary buildings. The structure rises 16 floors above a ground-plus-three-basement podium, housing a total of 42 residences. Interiors are executed in collaboration with Fendi Casa, with design consultancy by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), a firm best known for defining the aesthetic of ultra-luxury hotels and branded residences worldwide.

Residence configurations span 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom Penthouses, 4-bedroom and 5-bedroom Sky Villas, and a Sky Mansion, with unit sizes ranging from 4,100 sq ft to 18,000 sq ft. Every unit features private elevators that open directly into the living room, ceiling heights between 4.5 and 9 metres, private outdoor terraces with sky pools, and fully equipped Fendi kitchens. There are no public hallways — each floor is exclusively accessed by its own residence.

Fendi Casa Interiors

The partnership with Fendi Casa brings the Roman maison's material heritage into the residential context. Fendi Casa collections translate the house's savoir-faire — developed across decades of haute couture and leather goods — into furniture, fixtures, and finishes that combine Italian manufacturing tradition with contemporary spatial thinking. At One Canal, this extends to kitchen fit-outs, bespoke millwork, and material selections throughout each residence.

Each unit also includes a Teppanyaki station and twin jacuzzis, reflecting the brochure's emphasis on integrating dining and wellness directly into the private living space rather than routing residents to shared facilities.
