The facade is designed as a slender vertical form intended to stand apart from the surrounding Marina skyline while remaining consistent with its context. Interiors pair timber joinery with bronze detailing, a material palette carried through corridors and living spaces to give the residences a warm, understated character rather than a purely glass-and-steel aesthetic.

Residence Typologies

The unit mix spans 2, 3 and 4-bedroom deluxe residences, 4-bedroom half-floor penthouses, and 4 to 5-bedroom duplex and triplex Sky Mansions at the upper levels. Full-height double-glazed windows and doors open onto balconies positioned at opposite ends of each layout, drawing light through the floor plate and framing views in more than one direction.
