Branded Waterfront Concept

Résidences Du Port is the first residence in Dubai branded under Marriott International's Autograph Collection Residences portfolio. The project converts an existing building on the Dubai Marina waterfront into a boutique, fully branded residential community of 74 homes across a single tower, listed under the building name Al Majara 4.

The collection spans one-bedroom apartments through duplexes, a triplex and two bespoke penthouses. Owners receive Gold Elite Status with Marriott Bonvoy, giving access to more than 7,000 hotels and resorts across 130 countries, alongside preferred rates with the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and other Marriott Bonvoy benefits.

Architecture & Interior Design

Interiors are designed by LW Design, an architectural and design firm known for yacht-inspired residential work. Living spaces use herringbone wood-look flooring paired with stone finishes, and floor-to-ceiling windows are used throughout to maximise Marina views and natural light.

Kitchens feature timber custom cabinetry, grey porcelain stoneware counters and Smeg appliances. Bathrooms use Gessi sanitary ware, cascade showers and natural porcelain stone with black polished ironmongery. Duplex residences have three bedrooms with private terraces, gardens and jacuzzis, while the triplex has four bedrooms plus a private cinema, games room and jacuzzi.

Amenities & Hospitality Services

The building includes a boutique lobby referencing South of France and Monaco residences, a residents' lounge with games areas, a co-working lounge, a boardroom, and a residents' cinema. Wellness facilities include a Technogym-equipped fitness studio, yoga studio, spa with steam, sauna and cold plunge, plus a beach club-style pool deck with a kids' pool and barbecue area.

A dedicated crèche serves families, and a golf simulator is available for recreation. Autograph Collection's residential services team provides both included essential services (such as valet parking, security and move-in coordination) and paid a la carte services (such as housekeeping, personal training and childcare).

Résidences Du Port is developed by Prime Marina Property Developers LLC under the leadership of FIM Partners, an investment manager with over USD 4 billion in assets under management and offices in Dubai, London, Riyadh and Muscat. FIM Partners has previously backed the largest student housing community in Dubai International Academic City and manages one of Oman's largest listed REITs.

As a branded residence with Marriott Bonvoy affiliation in an established waterfront district, the project targets buyers seeking hospitality-grade services and an established address rather than a new master-planned district. With only 74 units across the building, supply is constrained relative to typical Marina towers.
