The Residences at Marina Gate 1 is a single residential tower configured as 2 basement levels, ground and mezzanine floors, an 8-level podium and 43 upper floors topped by a roof level. The building holds 415 units and was built as the first of three towers planned to connect at podium level on adjacent plots in Dubai Marina.

Apartments are designed with high ceilings and right-angled layouts intended to maximize usable indoor space, paired with floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies that run along more than 50 levels. Interiors emphasize practical floor plans over ornamental excess, a design brief carried through the whole tower rather than limited to select units.

Podium Amenities

The 8-level podium houses a retail colonnade, villas, sports clubs, tree-lined communal areas and infinity pools facing the marina. Residents have access to a temperature-controlled infinity pool with a separate children's pool and play area, plus a two-level gym overlooking the water with men's and women's changing facilities, a steam room and sauna.

The tower was developed by Select Group, which by the time of this project's completion had delivered nearly 3,000 apartments in Dubai Marina since 2002 and was cited as the largest private developer in the district, with eight high-rise residential projects handed over there.

The tower sits at the northern entrance to Dubai Marina, close to the bridge linking the marina island to the mainland, giving residents direct road access and proximity to Metro and Tram stations. Abu Dhabi is roughly an hour's drive away.
