Summer is a completed residential development within Dubai Creek Harbour, comprising four buildings and 305 apartments across configurations of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Building 1 rises to ground plus mezzanine plus 11 floors plus roof with 106 units, while Buildings 2 to 4 range from 6 to 9 floors above the mezzanine level, housing 57, 73 and 64 units respectively.

The project was developed by Emaar Properties, which has delivered more than 45,900 residential units since 2002 and holds a land bank exceeding 167 million square metres across its portfolio. Summer follows earlier phases at Creek Beach, including Breeze, Sunset and Bayshore, extending the same beachfront residential format.

Construction ran from August 2019 to March 2023, and the project reached 100% completion, meaning units are ready for immediate occupancy rather than under construction.

Design and Layout

Apartments at Summer are oriented to capture views of Dubai Creek Tower, landscaped courtyards and pedestrian streets within the surrounding community. Interiors are finished to a standard consistent with Emaar's other Creek Beach releases, with attention to natural light and window placement across living areas.

The buildings sit around shared green courtyards rather than a single central podium, spreading amenity space across the four blocks and giving residents multiple access points to on-site facilities.

Amenities and Family Facilities

Residents have access to a community pool and kids' pool, a fully-equipped gym, barbecue facilities, an outdoor play area and a multi-purpose community room. Some of these facilities are shared with residents of the neighbouring Bayshore development.

Summer sits roughly 100 metres from Creek Beach itself and about a 5-minute walk from Creek Marina, with direct pedestrian access to the beach and Creek Canal.
