The project reached 100% completion with handover recorded on 31 March 2025, following a construction period that began in February 2022. Structures use a concrete frame with a combination of internal and external finishes consistent with Emaar's townhouse product across The Valley's neighbourhoods.

Architecture & Design

Pharo townhouses combine bold tones with wooden fixtures and large windows that draw in natural light. Cyrus units lean toward a minimalist aesthetic, contrasting clean lines against the surrounding greenery. Elio takes a simpler, understated approach with contemporary accents throughout.

All three designs share the same core proposition: garden-facing units connected to pocket parks, giving each home a green outlook rather than a street-facing frontage.
