The payment structure is a 10% reservation deposit, 10% within 60 days at SPA signing plus 4% DLD fee, three further 10% instalments each due 6 months apart, and a 50% final payment upon completion. The project reached 100% completion with a stated end date of May 30, 2025, and is now ready for occupancy in Dubai Marina.
