Peninsula Five is a 36-storey residential tower forming part of the Peninsula master plan, a waterfront community on the Dubai Canal in Business Bay. The building comprises 383 units across three registered structures, delivered by Select Group under its Signature Collection brand. Handover completed in Q4 2024, following a construction period that started in January 2022.
