Verdes by Haven Wellness-Led Community Concept

Verdes by Haven is marketed as Dubai's first wellness-inspired apartment community, developed across six residential buildings totalling 988 units. The buildings, named Forest, Sage, Mint, Pine, Jade and Teal, range from ground plus podium plus 10 storeys plus roof to ground plus podium plus 17 storeys plus roof, with unit counts per building ranging from 92 to 248.

The design brief centres on human-centric planning: generous green spaces, native landscaping, shaded walkways and bikeways, and a layout intended to encourage residents to spend time outdoors rather than solely within their units. A central park and water streams run through the community, tying the six buildings together visually and functionally.

The Treehouse Concept

The community's signature feature is a multi-level Treehouse structure built around a mature tree at the entrance, functioning as a coworking lounge and social hub for residents. It is positioned as the first visual landmark on entry to the development and is intended for both productive daytime use and informal gatherings.

Beyond the Treehouse, residents have access to a Treehouse café, community centre, multi-purpose room and shaded play areas, extending the same wellness-first design language into everyday amenity use.

Sustainability & Smart Systems

Verdes by Haven targets 3-star WELL certification and Gold LEED certification, backed by an optimised HVAC system, photovoltaic systems, water conservation measures and smart waste systems. Natural lighting and enhanced air quality are built into the architectural approach rather than added as afterthoughts.

The community also incorporates smart infrastructure including environmental monitoring for sports areas, air quality and noise monitoring, sound masking, digital amenities booking and integrated community access control, positioning it as a technologically managed environment as much as a landscaped one.
